Video 1: Is Your Thinking Black/White or Muddled

It’s Roberta Mittman, from the Park Avenue Center of Wellbeing in New York.

I know from listening to so many of you who are in these all-too-frustrating situations that you passionately hoped you could have really conquered this “eating thing” by now. But, unfortunately, you're still the way you were last year at this time—or maybe even heavier yet.

After carefully listening to so many patients as well as to coaching clients across the country, I have selected three of the top “personality quirks” that could be–ever so quietly and innocently—stopping all your progress or chances for success this time around. (Actually, any time, as long as they’re still there.) You see, it’s about the food… but it’s so much more. Because at the bottom of the situation—where you’re stuck—the difficulty, or really, the solution, has to do with your thinking. And, don’t worry, you’re not alone here (in case you thought it was “just me” having this problem).

If this sounds all too familiar (I know it does because this is exactly what you told me, yourself), then I invite you to watch the videos I've specially prepared to help you make this summer season different from the last. A turning point. A new opportunity. A way to identify some of the thinking around issues that are keeping you in that same heavy place, year after year. So later this summer or in the fall, you'll wake up feeling energetic, proud, and finally on a healthier and sustainable path. Once and for all.

Whew! You probably feel a lot lighter already.
